The location was great. The front desk staff, Gamza, was incredibly helpful. The manager was also very helpful. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the stunning Sapanca Lake with its private beach. The hotel staff, especially Gamza at the front desk and the manager, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff in the restaurant were also very helpful and accommodating, making sure that all our dining needs were met.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location, quality of service, and range of amenities offered make it the perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was definitely a plus, it was near some fun activities. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very helpful and always strived to make us feel welcome and comfortable. And, we can't deny that the breakfast served had a decent variety of food.

One major issue was the housekeeping staff. There was only one lady to clean all the rooms.

We especially enjoyed the stunning views from our window and were pleased with the available facilities such as the pool, gym, and spa.

Despite the numerous amenities available, the sound insulation of some rooms could be improved.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we were impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. the front desk staff went out of their way to help us with our check-in and during the rest of our stay. We also enjoyed the great location of the hotel, which was central to many of the attractions we wanted to visit.

We were disappointed with the lack of housekeeping staff, which resulted in a less than perfect level of cleanliness in our room. the noisy bathroom fans were also an issue, and the sound insulation in the rooms could definitely have been better.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and in close proximity to a lot of amenities. The hotel facilities were impressive and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the place clean and tidy.
